Adriana Ortiz practiced criminal law in a different jurisdiction for eight years both as a government lawyer and defence counsel. She is now assisting her clients with criminal & immigration matters.
Adriana has a B.A. in political science and a Juris Doctor. She also received a Master of Laws (GPLLM) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
Abroad, Adriana was a successful trial lawyer with considerable experience in criminal law. She participated in over 200 trials as a government lawyer and completed many trials as lead defence counsel.
She was also a partner to a renowned tax lawyer. While at this firm, Adriana focused on white collar crime .
Adriana is not only passionate about the law, but also about achieving the best outcome for her clients. She is knowledgeable, committed, persuasive and always well prepared to advocate on your behalf. She will make it her priority to win your case.
Although English is her native language, Adriana speaks fluent Spanish.
